With the announcement of the Nokia X family during the Mobile World Congress (Barcelona, Spain) a new twist in the old relationship between Nokia and Qt might surface again.
Given the fact that the new Nokia models (X, X+ and XL) will run Android applications (per Nokia, almost 75% of existing apps in Google Play will run without any change) and the ability of creating and deploying Android applications just using Qt framework (as of release 5.2.1 with the best Android support yet) it's like stating over: using Qt framework to develop applications that run in Nokia hardware.
I cannot wait to have one of those phones to give this promising combination (Qt + Nokia) a development try. Stay tuned!
